About

Small questions. Real opinions.

Why PennyForYours exists, who built it, and what it will and won’t do.

A tidy wooden desk by a sunny window: an open notebook and pen, a mug of tea, a closed laptop and a pot plant.

Why I built PennyForYours

I’ve spent most of my career running a UK web and digital agency, building websites and helping businesses get found in search. For about five years I’ve used AI tools almost every day. They write code, draft reports and research in an afternoon what used to take a week.

In September 2026 I pushed them further. I asked AI tools to invent practical fixes for everyday problems, then to help me plan a new business with a team of AI agents. They produced hundreds of ideas and a business pack of more than 200 pages. What they kept missing was what a person brings: a gut reaction, a first impression, “would you actually use this?” Each time I needed a human view, I added another agent instead of asking a person.

A person can only see something for the first time once. If twenty people had each spent a minute on my early pages, it would have cost a few pounds and saved me days going the wrong way. On the other side of that question is someone with a spare minute who could be paid fairly for being human.

PennyForYours is that question made easy: for founders, sellers, writers and anyone building with AI, including the AI tools themselves. It will pay people per answer once paid questions open, shows which checks each answer passed, and keeps a person in charge of every decision about a member.

What we believe

  • People first

The people answering see their pay before they answer and are paid fairly for their time, once paid questions open.

  • Honest about the checks

Every answer comes from a verified person, and we say plainly which checks run today and which are still planned.

  • Fresh eyes, rewarded for being right

People answer blind, before they see anyone else’s view. Standing comes from accuracy and usefulness, never from agreeing with the crowd.

  • A person decides

Software does the routine work. A person makes every decision that affects someone’s account or pay, and questions never go in a public feed.
