Paid surveys UK, without the screen-outs
Answering is free during early access while we build our founding community. Paid answers start at launch.
On this site, you choose a question already open to members, make one pick or rating and add a short reason. That may suit someone searching for paid surveys UK who wants a smaller task. It is not a full survey panel, and answering remains unpaid until launch.
We review applications by hand.

Paid online surveys UK: what a task looks like
One question at a time
You might be shown two product labels and asked which you would pick up in a shop. Another question might ask how clear a letter feels on a scale from 1 to 5. A third could put two customer replies side by side and ask which sounds more natural. You make a choice and explain it in your own words.
Each of these is a quick take of about 30 seconds. A quick take would pay about 20p at paid launch (launch example). Paid answers start at launch. An available question is open to eligible members on the board. Check its topic and places left before starting; you do not complete a profile questionnaire for that particular question.
Paid surveys when questions are scarce
This is a small pool of short questions, not an endless supply of paid surveys. Some days there may be no question you want, or no question at all. Places on a question can fill before you select it. You can skip freely, and there is no minimum number you must answer.
During early access, answering is unpaid. Nothing you do now earns later pay. The launch payment is per answer, not a forecast of daily or monthly earnings. You must be 18 or over and live in the UK.
How paid surveys UK members choose a question
Sign in with a passkey, then look at the board. It shows the topic, estimated time, places left and, once paid questions open, the pay. Pick a question, answer without seeing the asker or other members’ picks, and submit your own reason. Afterwards you can see the counts, not other people’s written answers.
The answering hub covers joining and early access. You can also read how one-question tests work.

Paid survey sites UK and short questions
Why the short format changes screening
Some studies include screening questions that decide whether you continue to the main study. Prolific's participant guidance describes one such system and says it pays for those screening questions; other panels set their own rules. Here, once you pick an available question, there is no further eligibility screen. The task is a single pick or rating plus a short reason, rather than a longer questionnaire. At paid launch, earnings are shown in pounds per answer, not points.
If you want a sourced comparison of panels, read the UK survey-site guide. For a closer look at one-question tasks, see short survey alternatives and answering individual questions.
Who can join
Members are adults in the UK, joining by invitation or approval in early access. You need a passkey on your own device and must give your own answer without AI writing it. A question is not shown in a public feed. The trust page explains the checks, and everyday members explains who these quick tasks suit.

Your questions, answered
Which paid survey sites in the UK actually pay?
Several established survey panels pay respondents, though eligibility, reward rules and cash-out methods differ by site. We cannot rank them from the fact that they appear in a search result. Our UK survey-site guide sets out what to check on each official site. PennyForYours is a one-question alternative and does not pay during early access.
Why do survey sites screen you out?
A study may need people who match a particular profile. A panel can ask screening questions before deciding whether your response fits that study. That is frustrating when you have already spent time. PennyForYours shows a question to members who can choose it without a later profile screen, although the remaining places can fill first.
Is PennyForYours a survey site?
No. It offers one quick question at a time, such as picking between two labels or rating a message, with one line explaining your choice. A full survey can cover many questions and collect a wider set of answers. If you need that sort of study, our present format is too narrow.
How much do paid surveys pay in the UK?
Rates vary by panel and study. For this platform, a quick take would pay about 20p at paid launch (launch example). Paid answers start at launch. We have not set a launch date or a weekly earnings estimate, and question supply depends on what people ask.
When will I get paid for answers?
Payment starts only when paid questions open; no date has been set. During early access, answering is unpaid. Paid earnings will be in pounds to a UK bank account, with cash-out timing confirmed before paid questions open. Instant payouts are not available now.
Do I pay tax on survey money?
Money from answering can count as taxable income once paid work starts. HMRC’s trading-allowance guidance explains when the allowance applies across relevant income sources; our trading allowance guide gives examples for small online earnings. This is general information, not tax advice.
